Right of withdrawal

Clocktower grants customers in the meaning of the KschG (Consumer Protection Act) the right to return any item purchased online for up to 14 days after receipt of the order. Items must be returned undamaged and unused in the original packaging along with the original invoice and sent to the return address indicated on the invoice. The customer will be responsible for any risk or expense involved in returning the items.

In case of rescission, a total or partial reimbursement of the purchase price will only take place on a case-by-case basis against the restitution of the goods received by the purchaser. In the case of articles which are impaired by use traces, we shall charge or retain an appropriate remuneration for the impairment. The same applies if the accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned.
